\nA team of professionals all over Italy, engaged daily in different stages of analysis, management and development of each project. An enthusiastic team, constantly looking for innovative solutions, who are flexible and quick in making decisions.<\/p>\n

Here two identities come together: the emotional one, marked by passion and dedication, and the technical one that demonstrates competence<\/strong>, reliability<\/strong> and organisation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Letizia Cantini<\/strong>
\nGeneral Manager, Partner<\/em><\/p>\n

Letizia Cantini was born in Pistoia on the 24th March 1981 and currently lives in Milan. After graduating with honours from the University of Pisa from the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy, she joined the staff of the then CEO of Unicoop Firenze to work as a Business Analyst, then began to hold increasingly more important roles in the company\u2019s real estate department. From 2013 to 2018 she was Heritage Director and Technical Director of Unicoop Firenze, becoming the youngest manager in the Coop system. She joined Svicom in November 2018 as COO (Chief Operating Officer) responsible for Property Management, Centre Administration, Digital Strategy, Marketing and Technical Services. In 2020 she was appointed General Manager.<\/h6>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Massimo Laterza
\n<\/strong>Key Account Manager<\/em><\/p>\n

Massimo Laterza was born in Naples on the 11th April 1970 and has lived in Bologna since 1994. After graduating with honours from the University Federico II of Naples at the Faculty of Political Science, he started working as a store manager in shopping centre and high street stores of various types and sizes. At Svicom since 2010, after obtaining a qualification as co-owned manager, he became the coordinator responsible for Svicom’s co-owned project.<\/h6>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Chiara Mattei<\/strong>
\nHead of Svicom Technical Department<\/em><\/p>\n

Chiara Mattei was born in Prato on the 20th January 1985. A surveyor and owner of her own technical studio, she has been in charge of Svicom’s technical department since 2019 and is responsible for, among other things:
\ndevelopment of the technical department; consolidating the activities and services that have already been performed; enhancing internal organisation of the activity; expanding the portfolio of services; technical auditing and monitoring of the properties located in the northern part of Svicom’s portfolio; technical consultancy on ordinary and extraordinary maintenance issues.<\/h6>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Antonio Ambrosini
\n<\/strong>Head of Svicom General Administrative Dept.<\/em><\/p>\n

Antonio Ambrosini was born in Foggia, Italy, on the 11th February 1965. He graduated in economics and tourism at the University of Naples. He worked for 17 years at Confcommercio in Foggia as an accounting manager. Since 2001, he has been working with the Svicom group. For the first 4 years he worked as manager of the Mongolfiera shopping centre in Foggia.
